Rooted in a century-long family legacy of entrepreneurship, he combines a deep understanding of capital, long-term growth, and market opportunities with extensive hands-on industry experience.

A Master of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas, USA, Amol brings together global business insight and ground-level expertise across the real estate development lifecycle. His experience spans strategic project acquisitions, marketing and sales, and end-to-end project execution.

Beyond the strategic and technical aspects of real estate, Amol brings a distinct creative sensibility to every space he helps create. He believes that a thoughtfully designed space should evoke a feeling, tell a story, and add meaningful value to the lives of the people who experience it. She holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Pune, complemented by a specialized programme in Restaurant Management & Design from IIM Ahmedabad. Her professional experience as the Head of Marketing for an international company has shaped her approach to business, with a strong focus on strategic growth, brand building, customer understanding, and long-term value creation.

With a strong financial background, Minal brings an analytical and commercially driven perspective to the business. Her understanding of finance, combined with her experience in marketing and management, enables her to look at opportunities from both a strategic and financial standpoint, while maintaining a clear focus on sustainable growth.
